“The facilities were adequate however the TV remote control didn't work and was damaged. The staff were very amenable and friendly. There was only one breakfast menu which was inconvenient but the cooked breakfast was tasty.”

“Having stayed here previously, I was disappointed with my room on this occasion. My request for a first-floor room was not accommodated, and the room allocated opened directly onto the car park. As a solo female traveller, I felt vulnerable due to the lack of an internal double lock or chain, and significant road noise meant I was unable to rest. The reception staff did their best to assist but were unable to move me as the hotel was fully booked. On a positive note, both my evening meal and breakfast were of a good standard. Unfortunately, having booked specifically to reduce travel ahead of an important meeting, the lack of sleep left me feeling unwell, and I would not choose to stay again. Cleanliness in this room was also not of the standard I had experienced previously.”
