“I had booked a double room but was allocated a large family room with a king size bed and 2 single beds. There was a wet bath towel lying in the shower base . The double bed was soft, I could feel the springs with my hand, so I opted to sleep in one of the singles. Check out time is an early 10am which is strictly enforced. At breakfast the only cereals out were Coco Pops or Rice Krispies. No freshly made tea or coffee, it was from flasks. I ordered the vegetarian cooked breakfast but no toast or bread was served with this ”

“Lovely large bedroom, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, biscuits and cereal in room, milk in fridge in communal area. Easy walking distance to races. Shame about the weather but it didn’t spoil our stay. ”

“Stayed 4 nights. Room was very clean, though coffee machine did smell stale. Finding your room is a challenge but staff were great. Only downside was room was a little tired, water damage to the ceiling and wall where the roof sloped. Very comfy bed and an ok selection at breakfast. ”
