“Pros: Overall reasonably good value for the price. Great location next to CMK shopping centre. Nice views of Campbell Park and surrounding area. Very good breakfast and stunning views from the 14th floor restaurant. Staff professional and all but one very helpful and friendly. Cons: A few rowdy guests. A bit of a party going on in the room next to me but done by 11.30pm so not too bad. Some guests making a lot of noise when returning in the early hours of the morning. Also, I was shocked to overhear at reception more than one other guest complaining that from the noises in the room next door to theirs it was clear that the hotel is being used by working girls.”

“We had a double standard room. They have given a extra heater. The toilet flush in the bathroom was very hard. When we informed this, we were offered a different room, but the toilet flush in that room also was the same. So we didn't change the room. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety was there.”

“In summary pleasant hotel nice decor and satisfactory rooms. I would stay again but hopefully management will take contents of the review on board. We stayed here to facilitate travel to the annual reggaeland festival. Location was great for this also good for shops and restaurants. However the hotel staff were overwhelmed with numbers of guests and couldn't keep up with the supply of breakfast as many had same plan therefore presented at the same time. I don't have a problem with this because hopefully management will put on more staff and make larger amounts of the offers on the breakfast area. Where I draw the line was the terrible behaviour of some of the staff in response to the frustration of guests having to queue and wait for breakfast offerings. Staff offered responses such as I'm doing the best I can, yes it's coming and others but didn't hide their frustration at being asked and being told that staff should be monitoring the level of food and topping it up not allowing it to finish. I'll end on a good note, hats off to management for recognising the reggae event and playing piped music 🎶 to go with the theme. Excellent touch well done Moxy despite the staff attitude I can't be annoyed you just missed out on one or two stars.”
