“Stay at this hotel often and cant promote the staff enough and this weekend was no different particularly in the bar and waiting staff. I was disappointed that the hotel did not put me on the 2nd floor as requested but realise this is not guaranteed. I was more than disappointed that when asking for two glasses of champagne to my room on the 4th floor, this was disallowed as I had not left credit card on arrival and nor was the member at reception prepared to arrange card machine payment on delivery. I do NOT do lifts and the thought of balancing 2 drinks up four flights was not an enjoyable one !!!!!!”

“Stayed for 1 night only. Staff were really helpful and efficient but the room was very basic. Good price though a a good location for us as we were visiting friends in the area.”

“Breakfast was ok but tomato hard sausage not nice.no cereal disappointed. Didn't realise they allow dogs in the rooms couldn't stop sneezing.dog poo bag outside a door. No wheel chair access as it's all stones to the rooms. Rooms clean.”

“이곳에 여러 번 묵었는데, 각기 다른 아파트에서 숙박했습니다. 모든 아파트가 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고 항상 깨끗했습니다. 리즈에서 밤에 놀러 나가기에도 이상적인 위치입니다. 전기레인지 사용법 안내나 전자레인지가 있으면 더 좋았겠지만, 그 외에는 정말 훌륭한 곳입니다. ”

“We arrived to the lift not working which wasn't great, then it did get repaired, as far as a 5 star place, in myopinion its not the welcome was astonishing 2 little crumpets which were stale and no biscuits fruit etc like it stated..I used to run a holiday cottage business..and this is nitb5 star welcome”

“We enjoyed our stay at woodlands the room was a little tired and needed some maintenance chipped paint and stained grout in the bathroom etc .We stayed in a room on the ground floor the ventilation was difficult due to having French doors that could not be open at night. I realise that upgrading the decor is a rolling program constantly.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent.”

“Really handy for the train station and walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Despite backing onto a row of bars the room was very quiet. Comfy bed, and they had made sure not to use down bedding for my allergies (although scatter cushions contained feathers). Room service came quickly and the food was just ok- but only had some sides/snacks. Nice drinks in the bar with superb service. Only gripe was an extra charge of £20 to have 12 checkout. Any longer and it increases to £50. When paying ~£200 a night I don’t think an extra hour should be chargeable on a Monday morning. ”

“Located in proximity to the Leeds train station, the hotel is well kept. Their breakfast spread is definitely worth the money. Would be my default suggestion for stay at Leeds.”
