“On arrival we were given an attic room however due to my arthritis I had not booked that but was told by the reception staff that I had not paid what the double room with river view was worth. Thankfully my agoda receipt detailed exactly what I booked. The room given was OK...think we were treated as second class as we had not booked directly with hotel. The floor in the toilet eas tiled which was damaged with cracked which could have caused bare feet injury. ”
