“Staff and room where OK however I tried to go to my friends room and security escorted me back to my room. Couldn't even finish the sesh. Would not go back ”

“Stayed New Year’s Eve and the window in our room would not open the handle turned but it wouldn’t open and my wife likes a little bit of fresh air in the room. Breakfast was shocking we didn’t end up getting a cuppa as there was only 1 machine and the queue was long but after waiting for 15 mins we finally got to the machine and it had broken. No hash browns or scrambled egg another’s 15 minute wait the food was like slop and they had run out of fresh cutlery. And to top it off we paid £9 for parking and you could get it next door for £4.50 not really good value for there customers”

“Great breakfast. Only slight issue they have a lot of workmen stay so you do hear doors banging and talking in the corridor from very early morning. ”

“I stay few times, it is fine very old, there are minor issues in switches, washroom but look like nobody really care to maintain it, it is keep running.”

“This hotel is small with a friendly homey feel to it. The single room was small but comfortable with fold down table wardrobe and large bathroom. There were no drawers to put small items away in. The breakfast was adequate with good choice of food but being continental it was heavy on the carbohydrates bread, cereal, cakes etc as well as cheese, cold meats and eggs. Could have done with some salad items and more fruit. This hotel is some way from the city centre, about a 20 minute walk . Useful for car drivers and contractors. ”
