“Our stay was very good with the exception of the room we were given was beautil with a sea view but it was on first floor and opened strait on to the stairs and so got a lot of noise from the bar downstairs and many children allowed to run about shouting at 11.30 at night. We were woken up two or three times before I asked the children to please calm down and not make so much noise. The parents were not around to monitor them. They were in the bar under our room making a lot of noise as well. Unfortunately we did not get to sleep until 12.45 after the bar had closed. Is a shame as before that the other aspects of stay were very good.”

“Service was a little "relaxed" and dining room tables 'with a view' were not available to us as they were 'pre booked?' Which we were not aware of before the last meal and then it was too late. Spa is excellent and food was nice.”
