“Staff are friendly and helpful, location is convenient if taking a break on a journey or visiting nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy, really quiet, but the shower is very weak and the bathroom door doesn't close properly. Food at Elements restaurant was really poor, the festive menu was a dry old slab of turkey breast that tasted like if had been in Bernard Matthews freezer for 3 years and the sea bass my wife had was the smallest piece of fish over ever seen. Looked like half a fillet the size of a goujon for what is supposed to be a main course. Seating is dirty and the communal areas of the hotel are not as clean as the rooms. Breakfast was basic but had some variety with hot & cold food. Stay if the location suits your needs, but better off eating elsewhere.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. We stayed for one night as the location was convenient for our flight from Luton Airport”
