“It was very clean and comfort But the location was too far from train station.. If you visit hear by public transit, you should check transportation time table”

“Positives: handy town centre location with multi storey parking nearby. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room, very well maintained bathroom, very quiet. Negatives: heating system didn’t work properly, stuck at 18.5 so very cold in room. Went to Reception who provided me with a fan heater and said they would get it checked by maintenance? No gluten free bread or cereals at breakfast - unlike the night previous at IHG Stansted whom had a separate section for gluten free (5 stars well done!). This is very important as folk like myself (coeliac) and many children now have gluten intolerance - it’s medical not a lifestyle choice so I would expect if IHG can do this at Stansted they can do it at other hotels. Breakfast disappointing as no real option other than fruit/yoghurt. Also nothing on hot Buffett section labelled - again at Stansted it clearly was… for a premium price hotel I would expect a little more effort in that way.”

“We stayed here knowing it was undergoing a renovation so have nothing to say regarding the works as it did not impact our stay. The renovated room we stayed in was nicely decorated. The only comments I would have was that the shower even when turned to the lowest possible setting is very warm. I like a cold shower and that was definitely not possible. Also, I would like to suggest that some lighting is installed that allows the application of makeup. The light above the mirror wasn't working and the bathroom couldn't be used after a shower as there was too much steam. Would suggest a stronger extractor fan is required. We did raise all of the above with reception but nothing could be done as the maintenance man had gone home. When the renovations are complete and a few minor tweak's captured and amended it will be fab!”

“Just what I was looking for stayed 9 nights, relaxed , use of kitchen, ok breakfast, fast internet, not a big fan of check in systerm, however once your in everthing works well, will use again next year”

“당연하게도 런던 시내로부터는 멀지만, 호텔이 역 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았고, 스탠스테드 공항이랑도 가까웠어요. 직원분들도 진짜 친절하셨습니다. 방은 깨끗했는데, 욕조 배수가 잘 안되는 게 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.”
