Just what I was looking for stayed 9 nights, relaxed , use of kitchen, ok breakfast, fast internet, not a big fan of check in systerm, however once your in everthing works well, will use again next year

If you want 5*, then it's not the place for you. I'd say this was more of a 4* hostel rather than hotel/guest house, mainly due to the shared facilities and help yourself to (limited) breakfast, but if you want a cheap overnight stay, it's fine. Our room (no.5) was clean, tidy, ensuite, and decent sized TV. Bit rough around the edges, but great value for money, having just come from a 5* stay in Yorkshire. All the linen was absolutely spotless and fresh, and we didn't have any problems with the bed, it was bouncy, but we slept like babies. Definitely recommend just for an overnight stay 😃

The accommodation is basic but the nightly rate is good & fairly priced for the accommodation & facilities provided. It's a short walk to Old Harlow & a pleasant medieval pub & food outlets. Okay to get to by bus if you can manage a short walk with luggage ; parking available if you're driving. Good breakfast facilities. It met my expectations & needs perfectly.

WE LOVE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE. VERY NICE AND GREAT INTERIOR + EXTERIOR. BUT THE OWNER MUST SELECT WHO CAN STAY BECAUSE SOME GUEST (IN****) NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE AND NOT PROFESSIONALLY BEHAVE.
