“We stayed here for one night and couldn’t believe how incredible our room was for the money we paid. The room was beautiful and very tidy. There was plenty of toiletries and coffee/tea for refreshments. The coffee machine and mini bar were well stocked with plenty to choose from. The breakfast sounded lovely but unfortunately we slept in too late. Thank you for a fantastic stay, I’m sure we will return in the future :)”

“Stayed here 3 nights. Chalet type Accommodation. Quiet and in the countryside, only a few miles from Ely. Obliging and friendly welcome. Not luxury but good value for money. ”

“Stayed for one night in January 2026 to have a closer look at Ely. Recommend Room 3 as it has a very decently sized ensuite and a comfortable bed. Excellent central position for visiting the cathedral, the museum and Cromwell's house. Only slight issue is that the room is at the front of the hotel and there was a fair amount of traffic noise. The pub is old, and shows its age here and there. There are some areas that could really do with a clean-up, but nothing wrong with the overall hygiene. Food was remarkably good. We had an evening meal there and the breakfast is excellent (and served until midday!) If you want to explore Ely, it's in a great position. I can recommend it.”

“Great room - comfortable bed - 3 year old hotel - everything works ”

“Very pleasant stay. My wife’s gluten free meals were excellent. We would definitely come back. ”

“The Nyton Guest house is in an ideal location for Ely’s attractions, all within walking distance, I can’t review the food offered at the guesthouse as we didn’t eat there. The Gentleman (owner I’m guessing) was pleasant enough. ”

“At the time of booking the details on thiis booking platform, indicated a lift and also inclusive breakfast. As a pensioner travelling alone with a recent knee problem,, you can imagine my consternation when I realised , no lift and no breakfast! The lady checked, and the error was on this website, it was corrected for the future at once. After that, the staff really worked hard to ensure I had a pleasant couple of nights. Someone escorted me up and down the stairs whenever i needed them and were all too ready to carry my bags to and from my room. I even had dinner in my room after wearing my leg out trying to walk around the cathedral, which was a welcome bonus. I was impressed by their wonderful efforts to help me out and their willingness to go the extra mile. And the bed was dreamy!!”

“Fantastic location for a stay in Ely, within easy walking distance to town centre. Very calm and peaceful. Large comfortable room and en-suite bathroom, with coffee machine and tea making facilities etc. Room overlooked the river -beautiful! Excellent cooked breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.”
