“Everything was amazing. Location was perfect. one of the best breakfasts we had in a hotel for along time. Lovely staff. Good Gym. Comfy bed, bathrobes and a shower. It was a treat...”

“The room is dusty. One of my friends ended up itchy after sleeping on one of the beds. He proceeded to sleep with long pants without the blanket for the whole duration of our stay. The hotel management was not responsive. We reached out to the manager querying about our luggage (through both the apps messaging service and email) but the manager didn't respond at all (even days after we left the hotel). Notwithstanding, the location is very strategic. It is near all of the tourist attractions. The room is also quite large. Though I must warn that the hotel is in third floor without elevator so be careful if you're travelling with baby/toddler.”

“Overall not too bad. The room is clean and big. Location is good as it’s near the main attractions and the train station. However there is no elevator. I had to carry 3 checked bags and 4 carry on backpacks from ground floor to level 2, which made me question my decision to book here. There is no mention of elevator at all when we book and when checking in. ”

“Great location. Close to bus stops , restaurants and easy to walk to the attractions. The reception hours are not 24 hours but on call is available on the phone/email. ”
