“We stayed here in May and when our daughter told us she wanted to go dolphin watching in New Quay for her birthday, we knew exactly where to stay! The staff were amazing and made my little girl feel like a real VIP on her birthday, she was smiling from ear to ear! They made her birthday breakfast special for her and put her on the table she requested which was of course 5 for her 5th birthday. She enjoyed the dolphin watching but I think it was the treatment from all of the staff that made her day especially Hayley (I think that was her name ). She was absolutely amazing with my little girl and I think shes made a mini friend for life! Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our stay and her day so special! X”

“Great little hotel. There are staff around daily for room cleaning, other than that it's unstaffed. It's in a great location a short walk away from the beach although it's on a steep incilne (as is the whole village) so if you have mobility problems it could be difficult to walk back up. The Ocean View Room is tastefully decorated with everything you need for a break away and the complimentary breakfast trays we're tasty and greatfully received. ”
