“Lovely hotel and perfect for staying in the city centre (we arrived by coach which was 5 mins walk away and stadium was only 15 mins walk). Room was nice, although did get hot inside on the summers evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful and really made it a nice stay by helping get the room perfect for us. I put value for money lower just because the price was much higher as there was an event going on, but if price was reasonable at a normal time then I would definitely stay again ”

“I am confused and I feel sorry for British hospitality industry’s deteriorating conditions. I think, what is the cost of a water bottle, a toothbrush or a small pouch of body lotion would cost? There were no bathroom amenities. I checked in a little late at 22:30, & there were only one person who was working as a restaurant/bar manager and also check in dest receptionist. When I approached there he was dealing a customer in bar, so it took me roughly 10 mins to get my turn. This wait is not a big deal but this way of reception is not something that we could say as a four star. I would only say either improve yourself saying yourself as a full star Hotel. Hotel room itself was good room, good size, cleanliness was satisfactory.”

“Quiet hotel not far from Cardiff Albany Road and centre. Perfect for an overnight stay. Parking is free on the street. Small room but perfectly equipped.”
