“The actual place is clean and pleasant but our price included breakfast and the next morning there was no staff present at all! The whole place was open and myself and the rest of the guests just wandered about confused. In the end I had to leave the key with the cleaner (who didn’t speak English) and pay for breakfast in a local cafe. I have not heard from them or the site I booked through with regards to a refund for the missing breakfast. Absolute shambles ”
