The actual place is clean and pleasant but our price included breakfast and the next morning there was no staff present at all! The whole place was open and myself and the rest of the guests just wandered about confused. In the end I had to leave the key with the cleaner (who didn’t speak English) and pay for breakfast in a local cafe. I have not heard from them or the site I booked through with regards to a refund for the missing breakfast. Absolute shambles

Very out of date
Very out of date Needs a overhaul Breakfast and staff were great Bar was untidy needs a good clean and very loud in the room but didn't bother us much as we was that tired we fell asleep and its an old building so no Insulation . It was ok but wouldn't stop again sorry

Did what it says on the tin
On arrival a bit of confusion with our booking as the owner was away, we were then shown to our room. There were tea & coffee making facilities, a hair dryer & Wifi. It’s a quirky building that’s over 500yrs old. Nice breakfast, friendly staff & the bonus of parking. Ideal location for attending the wedding at Bredenbury Barns

Nice hotel, staff very accomodating, lovley building. If you are staying here and travelling outside of the village, I recomend booking a taxi in advance as they are difficult to get.

Quirky authentically old place
Comfy bed, great breakfast. Marvellous old (?Tudor) bedroom. In centre of lovely town but little noise from traffic.
