“My wife and I had to leave a day early (2 day stay booked) as we both got little to no sleep because of how cold the room was. We did have the additional electric radiator switched on which was provided staff, but it made no difference whatsoever. We both ended up sleeping with our clothes on to try and keep warm. The radiator in the shower room did not come on hot at all and made it impossible due to the severe coldness to have a shower. We had both slept in our clothes in the night to try and keep safe and warm. These was no way that we could spend another 25 hours there, so we decided to drive home a day early and just bear the financial loss.”
