“The Burnett Arms is conveniently situated in the centre of Banchory, a lovely village/ small town on Deeside. Our room was spacious, with an excellent bed. We want a mattress like that! The en suite shower room was good too. It was a bit noisy as we were at the front of the hotel and left a window open due to the heat. Buses stop outside the hotel with their engine running for a few minutes. The curtains had seen better days, but we managed to close them at night. We didn't eat at the hotel although it's restaurant has awards for food. We found a great little Italian restaurant along the road. ”
