“Paid for two nights got there with my family we were checked to a wrong room when we specifically asked for vip room the staff to care the inconvenience they’ve cost even managed Natalie highly disappointed because to them customers never right no lack of empathy our anniversary aswell didn’t care. To cut the story short I was highly disappointed in how there way of resolution visiting first time it really disturbing because they didn’t care how they make you feel or accept their mistakes. Overall rating of this place -100% thank me later ”
