“The room was small but adequate and the staff were friendly. As the hotel is located in the centre of Abergavenny, late night noise from the adjacent street had been expected. However, my stay was spoilt somewhat by the loud noise within the hotel, corridor and adjacent room, which was ongoing well after midnight. There didn't appear to be any hotel staff on duty at the premises through the night to help control such disturbance. ”
