“The marriage of Canarian architecture with funky art is unique and interesting. It is located on the outskirts of Yaiza in a beautiful spot; the view from my room was enjoyable. Check-in experience was a horror, as I arrived at noon to a "ghost" house in an isolated area with nobody answering the bell nor the phone. Without informing me, it turns out that the check-in person is based in its sister hotel La Casona de Yaiza, at the opposite end of the town; this procedure is truly inconvenient and not customer friendly. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and responsive when called upon for the problems I encountered. But it is the nightly rate charged here than render this place an excellent value. ”

“We had a wonderful week here, blessed with fabulous weather, and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was continental and Rossella and Luca, looked after us very well, even came in early on our last morning to cook for us. Our room was comfortable and the bed was lovely, a mini fridge would have been great to chill a few things for lunch etc, bathroom need to lick of paint, but no big deal. Dinning room was very nice, would have been perfect if there were some cooking facilities to use in the evening when you are tired and don't always want to eat out, Lovely pool area, sadly it was very cold, but we did manage to get in a couple of times, warmer would have been better. The Village of Yaiza is lovely, quiet, very clean and friendly, not a lot to do there, especially in the evening, as most places are closed after 9pm, we were there to see the island and it didn't disappoint, Yo need a car to stay here, although there are buses to everywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel and Village, for a restful relaxing or busy holiday. It's get a 9/10 from us!”
