“I have Stayed many times at Playitas Resort and always had a fantastic experience overall. The resort strikes a really good balance between high-quality sports facilities and a relaxing holiday atmosphere. Whether you are into endurance training, swimming, cycling, triathlon, gym work or simply want an active break in the sun, the facilities are among the best I’ve experienced at a resort hotel.
The location is excellent — peaceful, scenic and right beside the sea, with a great climate for training and recovery. The pools, gym, sports areas and overall upkeep of the resort were all very impressive and well maintained. At the same time, it never felt overly hectic and there were plenty of areas to relax and unwind.
What really stood out was the staff. Across reception, restaurants, housekeeping and the sports teams, everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. You get the sense that the resort is very well run and focused on customer experience.
The food options were varied, healthy and ideal for active guests, while still offering plenty of choice for a normal relaxing holiday. Overall, Playitas is a superb destination for both sports-focused travellers and families/couples looking for a high-quality resort in Fuerteventura. Would happily return again.”
