“We have stayed in renovated Level access room. Room is very spacious and clean, breakfast is delicious, you have all day access to wine, snacks, Cava, soft drinks in Adults only roof top terasse. ”

“One of my favourite hotels I've stayed in for a holiday. You couldn't get a better located hotel in Torremolinos which has a massive amount of rooms and lovely pool area. The rooms are a good size with decent shower and a kitchenette, although no extractor fan. No complaints on the comfort of the bed. The walls are a bit thin and we were kept up a bit one night by next doors TV. Otherwise the air-conditioning worked well and the balcony was good. The pool area was great with plenty of area for sunbeds and parasols. They cost €4 a day but you do get a thick cushion to use on them. The pool bar was reasonably priced with a decent selection of spirits. I used the gym one day but it got very busy and as it's small, people easily get in each other's way. It was fairly new though with a solid variety of equipment. The staff were really pleasant, efficient and informative. Definitely somewhere I'd recommend and I can see why it's so popular.”

“POSITIVE 1. Exceptional staff and great flexibility. 2. Hospitality of great quality. 3. Great spa, pools etc. NEGATIVE 1. The hotel has not transitioned yet towards online-working-tourism that is great way of income in out-of season. For example the desk chair in the room does not allow for work. Neither are very uncomfortable plastic chair outside. 2. If hotel was adapted for remote online work (at least few rooms) I would easly stay a month, even with currently over-priced rate. ”
