I stayed there during the UTMB World Series Transvulcania trail running. Staff was extremely accommodating and prepared very early breakfast for each runner, booked taxis and massages (very experienced woman truly recommend ) after the race. There is jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool so you can recover faster.
