“The hotel has beautiful views but the facilities are not kept up and the spa was really poor with cold water in the spa. They made weak excuses and the staff were really unfriendly. So the main reason we chose the hotel was not met and they were very fee happy with charges for everything. Lovely room, nice views, but not a good experience.”

“we were quite disappointed for couple of reasons: 1, my husband emailed the hotel mentioning this will be our 7th anniversary and kindly request if the hotel can prepare a post card upon our check in. but we don't received anything nor email reply(not sure it's correct email address provided by agoda but this was the only way to contact the hotel ) 2, the room has very very thin wall, we can hear the other rooms conversation next to us, upstairs turns on shower and flushing the toilet sounds from the ceiling 3, no shampoo provided not delight experience, I'm super this is the quality of 3 stats hotel”
