“Spacious and clean. Nice and helpful staff. I met a lots of interesting ppl there, many Santiago pilgrims too. Hostel has a great terrace and huge spaces to chill, eat your food, relax and watch TV. (They promised us a washing machine for next year 🤞)Located at a walking distance to the Sardinero beaches - mind you all Santander is uphill / down hill and very steep so it's going to take you a while to come back from your swim. City center is at 10' walk- & bus stop in front of the hostel. There is a supermarket at the edge of Menéndez Pelayo street. Overall a great stay, I would gladly come back.”

“This place is an excellent choice for your stay in Santander. I stayed here before catching the ferry the next day, and the location was only a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room was comfortable with an excellent shower. We even had a balcony to ourselves. There's parking outside for check-in and unloading your bags, but the area is all free parking and safe, so finding a spot nearby won't be an issue. The owners of the hotel were incredibly helpful and spoke Spanish, Italian, and English. They even have apartments available for longer stays that are immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served in a small, intimate area with limited seating, so it's best to book a 45-minute slot. However, the owner is visible in the area, freshly preparing and refilling items as they are removed. This was a delight to see because you knew everything you were eating was fresh. The hotel's cleanliness and tasteful decor are the highlights of this place. It's located right beside the beach and promenade, so it's great for walking in either direction. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. ”
