“This is our 6th stay in the same hotel and could be the last. The reason being we were oferred a room, with a view, by the fire exit, on the very corner of the building and by the other side of the street where there was drilling training being done early in the morning. Last year in May we had a similar case, a middle floor and the last room on the corner. I did not complain but I will definitely chose another hotel for our future trips to Salou. ”

“Everything is fantastic Beautiful Hotel”

“We stayed here in height of August during a heatwave. The first room we went into the aircon was broken. After a half a day of sweating and calling a technician, it got a little better. There were however to tin babies crying through the wall all day and night. Staff were sound about it and let us switch rooms.After changing rooms, we realised the aircon wasn't capable of dealing with the heat and likely needs upgrading. The pool area itself is shaded till 11am which makes the pool and place only a viable afternoon spot. The reason we kept coming back here was the nice quiet beach beside it, the decent food, clean and good rooms, a little out of town away from the madness. Ultimately when you spend a great deal of your time in room struggling from heat, having difficulty sleeping etc it really does turn everything else to the negative.”

“Très bel établissement bien placé dans un quartier animé et proche de la mer. Ses infrastructures sont de qualité. L’hôtel mériterait une insonorisation plus poussée (car les gens ne sont pas discrets) et le personnel, notamment d'accueil et du restaurant mériteraient d'être plus avenants. Néanmoins, cet hôtel est très recommandable. ”

“La habitación bien ,el chico de recepción nuevo y no se enteraba mucho al entrar me dijo que no tenía pagada la reserva y le comenté que tenía la factura y me dijo vale es que el sistema falla pero al salir me volvió a decir que no había pagado saliendo a buscarme a la calle cuando yo estaba esperando a mi marido para devolverle la targeta de la habitación porque salía del parquing y le volví a contestar otra vez que no he pagado te enseño la factura y se disculpó otra vez diciendo lo mismo del sistema del ordenar y digo pues que lo arreglen porque falla bastante y por último entre a desayunar a las 9:40 y no había ya nada de pastas, ni platos ni tazas y le pregunta mi marido al cocinero de la plancha y dice no ya no queda nada y se queda tan feliz, le vi muy poco amable eso que era el primer día que abrían el hotel.”
