노게이라 데 라민에서 산에 위치한 파라도르 데 산토 에스테보의 경우 차로 1분 거리에는 산 에스테반 데 리바스 데 실 수도원, 7분 거리에는 아피아도르 기념관 등이 있습니다. 이 유서 깊은 호텔에서 실 협곡까지는 7.8km 떨어져 있으며, 9km 거리에는 미라도이로 데 페 도 오메도 있습니다.
“Possibly the most architecturally stunning hotel we have ever experienced. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were EXCELLENT - always attentive, and welcoming. There were a LOT of little areas to explore in the hotel - many “hidden” different rooms to sit in - only to be found by walking around the building. There are TWO quite major things that slightly let this property down : 1) There is no area outside set aside for sitting, ie no “gardens” to sit and enjoy the nature/environment, other than inside the cloister. On our scouting round, after a long time, we did find one small external balcony with seating for about six people - but we had to hunt for it. 2) There is no gym equipment at all. We thought that, of the many, many large rooms with sofas and furniture and chairs, possibly ONE of them could be converted to an exercise room ? Very surprising to us, considering the number of rooms available. Having said that, this is still a very special place to stay for a couple of days.”
