“Staff were friendly & helpful, showing us to our room which was basic but very clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable and afforded us a good night's rest. For anyone just wanting to chill , the rooms are set around a lovely courtyard with plenty of seating & dappled shade from the heat of the day. The choice on offer for the continental breakfast was exceptional and we would recommend this lovely place to friends & family.”

“Was upgraded to a Seaview with a large terrace. Given clear instructions for getting the key as reception is not always open. Room was clean and tidy with the amenities as mentioned in the details. Room was above the restaurant with a bar next door but could not hear any music or diners. You could hear noise of other people closing doors otherwise just the waves hitting the sand.”

“When we arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly. Once in the room we took off our shoes and felt that the floor was dirty. We checked further and found hair on the beds and the toilet has been used and not flushed. I asked housekeeping if they could clean the room and they came after a few minutes. They told us workers have been busy in the room. ”

“Just returned from our .2 night stay , absolutely loved it , spotlessly clean , lovely pool , breakfast perfect and most importantly Rosa ( owner / manager) was so friendly and helpful assisted by Christina who was also first class. How this authentic Spanish hotel only rates as a one star is behind belief ? We’ve stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels around the world that are no better than the Simon Hotel . The position was perfect for us as we prefer to socialise with the locals rather than on the beach front which is mostly holiday makers. Another plus .. plenty of car parking available .”
