“I am solo travelling around Andulsia and fancied a few days at a beach resort so booked this. I had been to Malaga city, Ronda and Granada but this was my low point. I booked 4 star as I’ve been staying in private rooms in hostels. This is not my idea of 4 star! The hotel mainly operates on an “all inclusive” basis and I should have known better. If you want decent all inclusive then you have to pay for it. Stupidly I thought it was cheaper as “Holy Week” was over but it’s cheap because it’s “bums on seats” so to speak. Full of tourists drinking all day and laying in the sun. Dated rooms, hard beds, so much so I barely slept and when I asked reception about this they weren’t bothered. The main A7 road is so close I could hear it through the night so not at all the 4 star relaxing experience I’d hoped for. No toiletries apart from soap/shampoo. There are no real redeeming futures to this hotel, except the staff (on the most part) who were extremely pleasant. However I’ve stayed at far better hostels and apartments with more a more pleasant atmosphere and giving a whole basket of toiletries ”
