“Limpios estaban cuando entramos, pero en toda la semana que estuvimos entran a limpiar, hay que contratarlo a parte y cada servicio básico son 40 euros ”

“Location : we felt that it was a little out of the way, by car it's around 30mins from Ciutadella and Mahon (and to most locations). Decor : It's pleasant however lacked atmosphere. There was nothing too outstanding. Room : For the amount charged (1,000+ euros per night) the rooms were unacceptably small. There wasn't space for more than one large suitcase. Room design : Was very odd, the shower, toilet, bathtub were deigned within/part of the hallway, in separate sections, squeezed behind a curtain which acted as the partition between the room and the hallway. Again because of the lack of space allocated. Service : very much lacking, no one even showed us around the hotel or the facilities. Luggage was not delivered and in the end, we picked up our own luggage without anyone noticing, which meant our luggage were not secure. Roof top swimming pool : Lacked service, staff seemed lazy and did not want to help anyone. The pool was also very shallow, 80cm throughout and meant for adults only. Sound system did not function. Restaurant : Breakfast and dinner was very mediocre. Again lacked atmosphere. Overall, for the price charged, we could have found "exceptional" and "amazing" experiences at other hotels around the World. The experience here was disappointing. ”

“Unfortunately, I was completely left out in the cold by Agoda with this booking! I booked through Agoda and cancelled, only for there to be an obvious error in the system and the cancellation not to go through. Agoda cannot be reached at all by phone and only very inconveniently by email and, although the error is not mine, has shown no insight whatsoever. So I am left with a paid overnight stay at the hotel that I did not use, as I was convinced that it had been cancelled. The hotel has also shown no goodwill whatsoever, although it had previously assured me that it was prepared to make a refund! So far everything has always been fine with Agoda, but after this experience I don't know if I will ever book through Agoda again - and certainly neither with the hotel!!!!”
