“I picked this hotel because the pictures looked good and the location seemed perfect for me - only a few minutes' walk from the bus stop and an easy walking distance to the lovely seafront boardwalk. When I arrived I received a friendly and informative welcome from Nicole at the reception. She was a great ambassador for the hotel, speaking excellent English, and with a very warm and helpful manner. So, thank you, Nicole, I felt very positive about the hotel right from this great start. My room was immaculately clean and well lit. It had comfortable furniture, good quality bed linens and soft pillows. There were gorgeous smelling toiletries in the bathroom. I also liked my balcony, which had a table, 2 chairs and - best of all - a sea view. The breakfast was well organised with an amazing range of foods, replenished often and very tasty. The dining room staff were so efficient at clearing the tables, and looked happy and friendly as they did so. I also liked it that I received friendly greetings from various staff when I arrived for breakfast. I liked the entertainment evening with Xesco, though I only caught the last half hour. He had a good voice, and the lady organising the music did a very effective job of getting people on the dance floor! Thank you both for a fun evening. I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere at the hotel because it was calm but with a fun and relaxed holiday mood. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and friendly. All areas were well maintained. Overall I had a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you to all the staff for making it possible for me to enjoy my time there, and to create happy memories to appreciate in future - until I can return! ”
