“Everything was great except the thermal pool wasn’t opened when we visited in spring. They could have provided courtesy option for pilgrims in the spa. Otherwise, amazing place and breakfast. Beautiful hotel!”

“+ : a nice pool, good AC and nice staff. The cheapest room rate in Pontevedra area. - : asked for a no-smoking room but was given a room with a very strong smell of cigarette, all my clothes smell like cigarettes, horrible. Could hear people in the next room, has thin wall. The location is 1.5 km from Caldas de Reis, going to the town need to walk on the side of a busy road, a bit dangerous. The first 3 days, the room was not cleaned until asked for fresh towels. ”

“The bed in my room was so comfortable. Wifi worked well, so did the TV. Most importantly, I love having tea and coffee and water boiler in the room. The toilet and shower was also spotlessly clean. The main reception area smelled so nice. The lady who helped me to check in was very kind and nice too! I don't speak Spanish much and she doesn't speak English fluently but somehow we make it work!”
