You need to know that this is a big hotel, we were there during off season (Hotel was not fully booked), considering these facts: - Car parking is not free, Maybe it was my mistake to not check in advance, but not a big issue, just good to know. - We had to wait for elevators all the time, They really need more elevators, but I assume it would not be possible to fix it. I care a lot about cleanness, take this comment as a personal preference not a general one, staff clean the desks and put cutleries on desk without changing gloves or washing hands, they pick dirty dishes, clean every where quickly and reorganize desks altogether, a 4 star hotel is supposed to be more professional. 4. Dinner issue might be a personal preference and not a real general issue, but if you are looking for a peaceful dinner and complete meal with no extra effort, you cannot find it, drink is not included, a lot of different medium quality food is available, some people love it, some do not. - Spa was closed, we have been in a tour, and it was a ironic coincidence almost all hotels told us the Spa is being repaired and is not available, consider the off-season timing, I assume it was just an excuse to lower the operation-cost of hotel when hotel is not fully booked, but I have no evidence for that, just a speculation or a really bad luck.”
