“Superb stay last night at the Parador in Alcañiz. What an amazing historic building elegantly furnished in a superb location overlooking the town. Staff were all great especially the 2 receptionists and the housekeeping ladies. Large elegant room with a huge very comfortable bed and beautiful high quality linens. Large bathroom with good quality toiletries provided. Wonderful dinner in La Concordia restaurant last night - we had the 50 Euro set menu (includes wine & water) and it was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented and excellent value for high quality fine dining. Many thanks to the chefs and thanks to all the staff for a perfect stay.”
