“To begin with, there are good and bad things about this hotel. Firstly, staff were quite friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice, but staff seemed a bit slow at replacing food, e.g., croissants, and when there was no fruit left, they never put new fruit out. The room itself was very nice, with a mini fridge and they give you a free bottle of water. However, when you open the shower door you can’t have the shower mat next to the shower as the shower door is too low, so it pushes the mat away when you open the door. This is a bit of a basic error in my opinion. Also, the shower door itself looked a bit dirty with a yellow layer at the bottom (I’m sure with good cleaning material this could be fixed). At first, I hesitated staying here as the hotel is so close to the train station, however I thought with the intercity chain hotel that soundproofing would be excellent. Nope! My room faced the side of the side entrance to the train station and there were about 5 guys standing there for a long time. Every time they laughed or made noises I felt like it was coming from my neighbour it was so so loud. My windows were closed and I was on the second floor and not so close to them, so I was a bit surprised that it was so audible. Luckily, they left at about 11pm and it was very peaceful. Would I stay here again? Due to the poor soundproofing probably not if it were a Saturday night, but apart from that it’s a very nice hotel.”

“The hot springs is a couple blocks away, and there are tons of things to see and eat around the hotel. The bed was nice too! ”

“Very modern and comfortable hotel. I liked morning food with special vegetables used to Korean. Will be there when I come to Germany for business.”

“Spacious room however location far from supermarkets and restaurants and train station . Offers only english breakfast with the same kind everyday . Not recommended for tourists. ”
