“Pros: - the staff are well-trained in term of hospitality, compare to our others hotels in Germany trip, Hilton’s staff are among the best. - in-room slipper are provided which others hotel don’t. - nice coffee machine and good complimentary mini fridge daily. - the room is spacious even with rollaway bed for our 6-yo. - the Awesome Lounge provided complimentary evening refreshment which are better than Christmas market. Cons: - the location are 1.4KM from Heidelberg train station. But there are tram and bus stop just right outside Hilton. - the toilet shower area, the glass partial were too small causes water splashing out to dry area which have no floor trap. It makes the toilet a little messy and cold. We definitely recommend Hilton for traveller who value hospitality services. ”

“유로파 파크에 가는 동안 2박을 했는데, 방은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓어서 괜찮았지만, 정통 영국식 아침 식사는 부족했습니다. 유일한 단점은 렌터카 주차 요금이 추가로 부과되었다는 점인데, 하룻밤에 5유로로 합리적인 가격이었습니다. 전반적으로 유로파 파크에 다시 간다면 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다.”

“Located near Mercedes Benz Museum. Not too far away from city centre if you have a car. Good value for money. ”

“Location , cleaness , and breakfirst are fairly good. But, improve of facilities in the room would be preferred. At least, I would like to need the small refrigerator. Anyway, basically I satisfied the staying.”

“I stayed in the Hotel due to a visit to the Logimat in Stuttgart. Parking is fine but (at least at the outside parking which I used) no charging possibilities for e-cars. Reception was friendly, professional and fast. I booked rather late so my room was at the front side of the Hotel which is louder that the woods facing backside. Room was very clean and was rather big for a single. I did not use diner (restaurant was too crowded for mee) but the breakfast was fresh and had a good choice. I used the bus and S bahn to travel to the Messe which was a convenient commute with a short walk to the bus stop to take bus 81 to the S Bahn station. In general a clean and friendly Hotel.”
