“The hospitality and cleanliness , the staff , everything was amazing. Very beautifully done European property . Loved it . In the downtown with Everything accessible within meters . They had continental complimentary breakfast with was amazing and promised to update to hot breakfast soon. I gave one star less as the vent in the washroom was not working during our stay and with the mini room we stayed and with the kids , it was not pleasant. Overall beautiful experience. Thank you ”

“Pros: provided complimentary services like pop, coffee, bottled water and boxed breakfast. Checked in before supposed time. No keys needed, using password for the entrance. Cons: the room is too small, especially the washroom. The toilet is barely fit in and right against the wall. Terrible design. The smallest washroom ever. The bedding sheets are made from polyester and caused severe static. No space for luggage service, need to leave it at another hotel hundreds of metres away. ”
