“2nd time staying there, paid $300 for one night, peak season pricing. Last time it was $99 night. Festival was on, great location. Parking was complementary last time. This time we paid $31 for parking for 1 night in the parking garage next to it. Having extra toilet paper would be a good addition, and a coffee maker. Adding a box of tissues as well. Very min, was offered for the $300 night price tag. ”

“The pool area was not monitored and was very crowded with alot of Children who had no adult supervision. Front desk was told but nothing was done. ”

“Went there for a concert at the hotel, only to find out there was no onsite parking (but they were working on it… somehow). So we had to drive to a parking garage as most close parking was a long walk from hotel. And the parade had a 6am move your car notice. No type of arrangement for lack of parking or voucher for longer stay parking . And the room had 0 water to drink, nor to buy in room. Lack lustre room and value for money. The lobby is nice, but that was it”

“Traveled to St John's with my mom. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean with great amenities. Staff members were very helpful with all my inquiries. Our booking included a free breakfast, otherwise I believe it's $22 per person. Food was good, same selection for all 4 days we were there. The only con I have for the hotel is the cell reception as I had issues connecting to my provider's signal. They do have wifi though so you are still able to do whatever you need to do online. Location was good; fairly close to the downtown area.”
