“Very good ”

“숙소가 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 다만, 아고다 예약 사이트에 퀸베드 더블베드가 있다고 표기 되어 있었는데 실제 그런객실은 없다고 안내 받았고 더블베드 두개인 객실을 배정 받았습니다. 직원 태도에 기분이 좀 안좋았고 더블베드는 두명이 자기에 작았습니다. 이부분 빼고는 시설은 좋았습니다 ”

“First, I have booked a 2 queen beds room but ended up with a 2 full beds room (room # 370) which I think I'm due a refund. Second, the safe in the room was broken. I spoke with the front desk and they told me they'll send a technician next morning. Honestly, who would have time tostay in the hotel room to wait for the technician if you were on vacation. In another words, I don't have a safe to use for the whole stay. Lastly, I brought a few ice packs to the front desk and ask if they can put them in the freezer for me (since they are to big for the fridge inside the room), they replied they can't help me since they don't have a freezer. I was very upset when I heard that. I have used this hotel a lot times before when I go to Markham, Toronto. I never have a problem for freezing my ice packs except for this time. All other hotels are very willing to do that for me. I really don't know what's going on with Park Inn (Markham). I stayed at this hotel so many times and I think the services are good and that's why I chose to stay there again but this time I was very disappointed.”

“Our experience with this hotel was it was decent for the price we paid. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. The staff did not offer any kind of discount or credit for that which was disappointing because our food was ruined. The breakfast was mediocre. We didn’t eat much of it. Nothing stood out as outstanding in terms of cleanliness, service, or attention to detail. but the hotel was clean, so at least there’s that. The location was good for our commute to Toronto. ”

“Love it that we can enjoy with our dog Bailey. ”

“Everything is good, especially the breakfast. The sofa bed was big and comfortable. There are shopping mall and supermarket nearby.”

“The room and facilities are far better than my expectations. Albeit the breakfast should have been clear whether the guest can enjoy.”

“Spent two nights there, and compare to Hilton which is a few mins from the location, it's new and modern, very comfortable to stay. We like the swimming pool, however they may consider to change the restaurant manager to someone who knows about service and smile....we have to stand there to watch a live football game and all the way through nobody care to ask esp. when we have a little girl. ”
