“We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months. It seems to be in the remodel process. Both the indoor and the outdoor pools are not in service. Bathrooms have been remodeled. One of the rooms we stayed in still had the old carpet but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The air conditioning unit is high up so we had to use a chair to reach the controls. Overall it was good. If you have children I would call before booking to see if the pools have been fixed. ”

“My only complaint would be the shower head does not have much water pressure. Also both times we stayed there, when we arrived back in the later evening, our key would not work in the back door where we parked so we had to walk around the building to the front door. Kind of a pain in the cold. They said it just happens sometimes. ”

“We needed a break from the daily routine. Hopped in the car and drove to Kenora, staying at the Super 8. Well run establishment; clean, friendly staff, and pet friendly! Would recommend it to anyone going to Kenora. ”

“We booked a lakeview room & it was amazing!! The room itself was clean & the interior was stunning. Although it was a bit disappointing that they removed the gazebo by the lake where you could sit & relax, overall it was a great stay. The receptionist when we checked in was also nice & friendly.”

“Room was clean for the most part the heater in the room was full of dust the room was spacious with a nice view it did take a minute to figure out how to turn the heat on but once we did it was cozy. Overall would recommend ”
