“We book 2 nights in our trip. Because of some emergency, we have to cancel the second night after the first night. The hotel staff is very understandable and let us cancel the 2nd night booking. They only charge my first night to my credit card. ”

“It was very noisy at night due to both location near a high way, other guests attending chyildren hockey event, and noisy heating system. Food was exceptionally poor even by the standards of the kids (stone hard burger, mushy fries). Sorry, most of my Agoda experiences are better.”

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety and was well-maintained. Overall, the hotel provided a clean, quiet, and convenient stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“While the hotel needs some updating in the hallways and reception area, the rooms had new laminate flooring. The hotel was clean, with the rooms being very clean. The rooms could use a better paint job, but that is cosmetic. The hotel was pretty quiet throughout the night. All hotels employees were fantastic to talk to and helpful.”

“The amenities they offered were not included. The room was not anything special, the lady working the front counter after 11 and the next day were so miserable and rude, also if visa debit is not accepted - DON'T ACCEPT IT. The gym was not spacious. Half the equipment was down. There were no sanitation wipes to wipe anything down. When I finally got ready for my work out a lady had her 5 kids running around in this tiny space at 11 p.m. WHEN ITS CLEARLY STATED NO CHILDREN. When asked if she noted the sign she said its fine they won't break anything. Not the point lady. By this point I was so exhausted I didn't even bother telling staff as counter lady was just another eye sore I didn't feel like dealing with. ”
