“The room was big and decently clean and it accommodated our family well. The location was excellent and convenient. However, do remember to ask the receptionist for the toothbrush once you check in because the receptionist leaves by 9pm. ”

“The room was basic but reasonably appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a disabled access room which we would not have preferred, but we booked only a few days ahead and may have got the last room. Quiet and warm in chilly Ballarat. We had an adjoining door to our son and daughter-in-law’s room next door which was good. Good value for money.”

“Stayed 4 nights. Easy after hours check-in. Great location during summer with complimentary access to the public outdoor aquatic centre next door. Also a minute walk to the Eureka Centre. Other attractions easily accessible and close by car so it was a good base for a Ballarat stay. Great games room with a big screen tv, lounge, pool table, table tennis and other things. Good cabin with basic essentials all provided, both for the bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding.”

“Pros:great bed and linen,quiet position out of town. Cons:not walkable to shops supermarket,car space not at front door as advertised(I think it’s important if your on a road trip)it’s a $135 at best motel in my opinion,not what I paid.overall it was just ok.the bed made me like it a little bit.”

“The staff were friendly and hotel was in the heart of town. Parking is limited at $10/day. But lots of public parking available. Rooms are dated but very quaint and nostalgic. Check in and out was fuss free too. Good value for money. ”
