“The room was big and decently clean and it accommodated our family well. The location was excellent and convenient. However, do remember to ask the receptionist for the toothbrush once you check in because the receptionist leaves by 9pm. ”

“We needed a place to stay. Close to facilities etc We were thankful to be close but also comfortable with the opportunity to have a kitchen if needed. Also the local hotel was charming and close. A place to unwind after some stress ”

“The staff were friendly and hotel was in the heart of town. Parking is limited at $10/day. But lots of public parking available. Rooms are dated but very quaint and nostalgic. Check in and out was fuss free too. Good value for money. ”

“The car park lot for my room is a bit of a challenge as its not close to the assigned room esp checking in in a freezing cold evening. Perhaps due to the design and layout constraint. Another issue is to carry the luggages up and down the stairs. Forunately I do not have handicap family. Perhaps can update the reception hours during Sundays. Having said that, the room is quite comfortable in terms of space. Thx”

“Had a nice overnight stay in Ballarat. Enjoyed the spa bath and spacious room on the first floor. Great curry across the road for dinner. Only a small complaint , the gaps on the window blinds from the many windows I think 5? and the neon lights from the outside signage made sleeping a bit difficult for me. Next visit byo eye mask!”
