“Security is the first point to the hotel and the security we found when checking in on Friday 10 October was not friendly, no smile, made us feel otherwise. The ladies at the reception where friendly & welcoming. When we got to the room everything in there was meant for one person( coffee, milk & water). We requested water & it took them 1 hour 30 to bring the water on Friday night. On Sunday morning before checkout I requested water at 7h00 & I checked out at 8h00, without receiving the water.”

“Great staff and service ”

“When you enter the staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and super helpful honestly the best part of the stay. They make sure you're well incorporated into your room and give you whatever hints are required about the surrounding neighbourhood. The room itself was divine. Absolutely clean beyond all measure the pictures don't do the room justice that place is gorgeous. Location is phenomenal very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the bad was checking-in takes time as there is no system in place the staff must message the owner in order to get verification of your booking, they themselves don't know what room you are in until the owner tells them. The gate was not automated and needed someone to physically come out every time you want to leave or return someone had to open for you. And it seems quite insensitive when it rained I felt horrible asking the gentleman to go outside from reception to go outside to open the gate for me to go buy food. ”
