When you enter the staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and super helpful honestly the best part of the stay. They make sure you're well incorporated into your room and give you whatever hints are required about the surrounding neighbourhood. The room itself was divine. Absolutely clean beyond all measure the pictures don't do the room justice that place is gorgeous. Location is phenomenal very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the bad was checking-in takes time as there is no system in place the staff must message the owner in order to get verification of your booking, they themselves don't know what room you are in until the owner tells them. The gate was not automated and needed someone to physically come out every time you want to leave or return someone had to open for you. And it seems quite insensitive when it rained I felt horrible asking the gentleman to go outside from reception to go outside to open the gate for me to go buy food.

It was a nice place, looked like the pictures. It was pretty comfortable and I slept well, it is not the four seasons but if you are looking for something affordable and safe, this is it. I just wish I had a key for the gate, the shower drain took long to drain water, nice to have a hair dryer, wish there were more tea and coffee sachets and an extension cord because it was hard to plug in the table lamp and kettle. The bedding could be newer but it was clean nonetheless. I just think the staff could be more quiet, especially in the mornings because my room was near the reception. So, if you want peak quiet, opt for the rooms at the back of the yard.

The place is very clean inside rooms, bathroom of a room I slept need to be fix, cleaners are not even cleaning it. Water from Swimming pool was dirty.

The room I was allocated was not the one I booked at 32% discount and no explanation was provided for this.
