“Beautifull concept Main feature the jacuzzi. Pre warmed on arrival but way to hot for a 33°C summer day. Could only use it by 8pm. Very friendly and competant receptionist.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nyani Lodge in the Impala Chalet! The management and staff are incredibly hospitable, friendly, and genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible. It's the perfect getaway for couples in Gauteng who want to escape the busy city without travelling too far. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful wildlife all around. We loved seeing the animals roaming and relaxing right in front of us, visible from the chalet windows and stoep. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed and even shared some great insider tips for exploring the Dinokeng Game Reserve. Their warm and personal service really made us feel welcome. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and we would happily recommend Nyani Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic, and memorable bush getaway close to Gauteng.”

“From the time that I booked, I’ve communicated with the friendly staff, namely Melissa and Lerato who made sure everything was in order before I arrive. The other staff here are friendly and helpful. The resort area is close to nature and you can see the animals roaming freely right from your bed. It’s an awesome experience to do the big5 animal sighting just at your doorstep. Food is good too. My first trip to Africa is made special at this resort”

Mela Luxury Game Lodge
Mela Luxury Game Lodge
“Bathroom smells of urine, thatch roof has things falling from it which were itchy. Not enough food at breakfast, not enough ingredients and options either. Dinner ends at 7pm which we found was early. We waited very long at the gate for someone to come open at night. A particular staff member was mean when asked for more plates, coffee sachets for the station. Nice rooms though. They prepare fire for you to braai, which was nice. Peaceful area, nice views of the bush and animals.”
