“The check in upon arrival was a bit late we waited 1 and half hour, we arrived there at check in time 2:00 but the rooms were not ready and they called us in at 15:30 yet we wanted to rest from the drive we had from Pmb. It was so disappointing.”

“This hotel is now my first choice whenever I decide to go Cape Town. The location is quiet and very nice and close to the airport. My hat of to Stanley, Sive, and Dillon who were always available to help with a smile at the bar and restaurant and even when you order room service. They are always there to assist and they are friendly. Thank you to Babalwa as well for taking care of my room (147). She always helped with a smile. My overall experience staying at this 5 star hotel was very good. I will sure come back. ”

“The stuff is superb, place is clean & tightly. The only thing i can suggest them to do is to put channels on their TV not YouTube only & give the visitors the remote of the gate ”
