“Very friendly and supportive staff and very accommodating and lovely convenient area as well and brilliant prices”

“We were allowed to make the booking. When we got to the facility, we were told that they dont have space available. The gentleman at the reception just shrugged it off with a chuckle and said "they always do this" unphased. This was after 9pm on the day we we meant to book in (we ran late, and only needed a bed for the night). We ended up sleeping in the car, parked at a garage! Ive requested numerous times for a refund, but to date, still waiting. I'll never use Agoda again... I'll never book this place again. Shockingly appalling service!”
