“Let's see.. Agoda initially canceled my booking from their end without reason to me. A fully paid booking made a month before. Then, I rebooked at the same place due to time and logistics. When we got there, I was told the onky reason you got this room is because someone else canceled. I was give the absolute last room. There's no mirror in the bathroom and there were ants on the floor. And rowdy visitors/ people- who on a Sunday morning played music, made a lot of noise and were not shy to wake everyone up. Check out was at 10, but u t by 8 :25 we left. The gentleman tok the key without as much of as as... 'did u enjoy the stay?' Or nothing. Why would you cancel without reason and then give us the worst room available?”

“We needed to get away and just relax and get away from the city and we did exactly that during our stay… with the peaceful atmosphere that Kristal and Klip gave us we could relax and rejuvenate ourselves. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff that helped us so politely!!”

“The place is not what it looks like on the pictures. The rooms are too small, the furniture looks dull and old, we slept on an old worn out bed that’s making noise when you move. My body was literally sore in the morning when I woke up😭. I won’t recommend it to anyone.”

“A great place to go to if you just want to relax. There isn't much to do there. And driving out requires over 35 minutes off-road. The layout is beautiful, and the staff was very nice, the welcome drink was also a nice touch. They have a complimentary game drive, which is nice. And breakfast was great. The cleaning was not very nice though. There were cobwebs on the walls, and twice I had to kill spiders that were coming down from the thatch in our room. The room where the pool table is situated had cobwebs around the doors, windows and pool table. The cleaning is very superficial. A feather duster could also go a long way. With proper cleaning, the stay would have been more comfortable”
